It is not circular logic whatsoever. If you make a decision without consideration for others, it is inconsiderate. By definition. It isn’t necessarily a morally wrong choice, but it is an inconsiderate one. Words have definitions, and not considering others while making a decision makes that decision definitionally inconsiderate. That’s just how definitions of words work.
edit: Though you’ve argued, and I think rightly, that people who want changes made to help them get the kill, such as a set period of damage immunity for the rare, could be said to be inconsiderate of those who are frequently ready from the outset to get to the mob ASAP. It depends on whether the people asking for these changes have considered the position and perspective of the ones who don’t want it.
Sure, if you considered those people, your actions could be defined as considerate. But I can’t know your mind, and can’t know whether that is actually the case or whether you’re saying things on the internet out of boredom. Luckily, my opinion doesn’t affect the objective reality of the situation, whatever that might be.
Now that you’ve mastered consideration, the next step is brushing up on agreeableness. One step at a time.

the problem is people using a group finder and 20-30 people look for it and share the location fast with their group and kill it like 1 sec. there several groups as well lol

it is not 45 seconds. Maybe for you but not every player can do dragonflying. I mean there are quests with options to do without dragonflying specifically for this. But hey keep judging the game by what YOU can do. Four mins is standard for every rare in forbidden reach. The spawn location can got out at :56 there is literally zero downside to this. You just wanna argue.
