Since most games heavily rely on gpu’s with the exception of maybe mincraft and WoW, a computer with an upgraded gpu should be able to handle it. It might strain the ram, but it can still work, gpu’s if you shop right can be cheaper then a console. But at the same token, your ps2 won’t 100% be able to play cyberpunk at all.
