denied…you may have mutton chops tho…and elvis hair

oh come on just the thought of OP going full on Karen and going REEEEEEEEEEEEE
at the thought of more races having female beards doesn’t intrigue you ?
I don’t understand why everyone is so against the idea. For example, I also find beards on dwarf women unpleasant. This race wasn’t particularly appealing in appearance from the beginning, and now the women have beards too.
i’d find it amusing…i just think the mutton chops would be far more hillarious on a femme goblin…especially with elvis hair haha
Nobody cares if you find them unpleasant. If you find them unpleasant, nobody is forcing you to make one with a beard. You do not get to dictate what other people’s characters look like.
One is for an actual accessibility issue from a real diagnosed phobia. The other is your personal distaste and no one cares.
Another for the mute pile.
Earthen aren’t human and therefore aren’t subject to the same cultural standards as humans, build a bridge and get over it.
I’m not dictating, I just don’t want to see it. It would be great if Blizzard added an option to not see this nightmare. You can’t force other people to tolerate you in every aspect of your whim, which you call ‘freedom’ or something else.
yeah, turns spiders into crabs.
i am always confused that people never encountered bearded female dwarves . Tolkien and other writers have used this trope before
“Indeed this strangeness they have that no Man nor Elf has ever seen a beardless Dwarf - unless he were shaven in mockery, and would then be more like to die of shame than of many other hurts that to us would seem more deadly. For the Naugrim have beards from the beginning of their lives, male and female alike; nor indeed can their womenkind be discerned by those of other race, be it in feature or in gait or in voice, nor in any wise save this: that they go not to war, and seldom save at direst need issue from their deep bowers and halls.”
We should have a toggle for those as well though. ![]()
Other peoples freedoms don’t end where your fee fees start.
Toughen up buttercup
But how would a toggle on my end have any affect on their freedom?
Are X-ray goggles a violation of the freedom of other players?
this doesn’t turn it off for all players, just the individual account.
quoting a joke from a 2002 movie isnt much of an arguement btw
Quite the opposite, the freedom of one ends where the freedom of another begins. You have the right to be a dwarf woman with a beard, and I have the right not to see a dwarf woman with a beard
You have that freedom, it’s called not logging in.
Just saying man. Precedent was set many years ago for being in some control of the appearance of other players.
There’s nothing about it that is a violation of any freedoms.
And “more options is always good” right?
I also have the freedom to put on boots, enter the system, and shave the dwarf woman.
How do you feel about an all white toggle? Same opinion?
