I think Feral DPS should bring some utility and Feral Tanks should bring their own utility. You currently have to choose survivability versus group utility and I like that.

well b4 the change most of the higher parsing Bears preferred Mangle myself included.
I am not here to argue what was better threat in the past… lacerate is now the highest threat… I dont really understand what the objective is on you bringing this up? are you looking for an argument?

I just disagree here on your point.
remember WS is not raid wide… and 40m content is confirmed… feral cats especially for ally will 100% have raid spots as every melee group will need one.
my point is why pigeon hole raids to run 2 ferals in the tank group to give the bear WS if he needs SOTF in the future?

I agree not being able to run SoTF feels pretty bad. My guild comps are often mele heavy and if I don’t run wild strikes it would be a big hit to the raid overall.
I very much like being a chonky boi and missing out on 20% DR and being uncrittable just feels lame. Especially when I’m sitting there taking big hits thinking about how much it could be reduced. But oh well, I’m pretty content with where we are at right now… Holding out for SoTF to get moved but also not holding my breath

Tanked a bunch of SM runs for my friends yesterday and it was pretty big. Could gather an entire room and swipe tab swipe tab swipe tab with the epic active in an emergency if they didn’t let me set up properly before dpsing.
It went really well. Got them up to like 50k xp / hr
