Looking at some of the current numbers bear is doing good damage and has decent survivability although the UF nerf hurt a lot. It plays a lot like live with a bit better survivability outside of Incarn thanks to moonfire healing.
Its main problem is a lack of different builds, dead talents, more 3 point talents than any other class and horrible caps on the class tree. Others also have a problem with maul but I’m ok with that not even being on my bars.
