I keep pretty careful track of the spawn rates and it has gone up alot since 8.1
I am certain they stealth buffed the spawn rate.
With no notice.
They need to put in the notes all of this stuff they are keeping secret.

I did the beachhead turtle WQ in two zones. One was normal but the other had two birds and two crabs out at the same time.
I don’t know about you but I do it for gold and war resources. Usually skip if the reward is Azerite Power.

Patch notes are for major changes and additions, not a tweak to what was previously a brain-dead easy quest.
This is unacceptable!

God help me, I’m going to agree with Rastlin.
This morning did one in Nazmir, iirc, waaaay to the North. Holy crap. Birds were spawning two at a time, crabs were all over the place.
Swear to Muradin, once I am exalted with those Ninjas, I will be reaaaal reticent to do any more WQs.

I did Beachhead a few times since 8.1 and nothing seems different. Birds and crabs get blown up. Two at a time = rapid firing practice.
If you’re having trouble with this quest, update your mouse driver. Seriously - my aiming improved 1000% and the baby turtles make it to the water really quick nowadays.
Tell that to Blizzard, because they’ve been leaving major things out of their patch notes too.
And why do you believe that, anyway? Why not put all changes in the patch notes? They could even have two versions: the brief outline of major changes, and the detailed version. Boom, improved communication, done.

i only do some of the beachhead quests, i avoid the ones with the invisible barriers that protect the crabs.
I figure if they can’t make it to the water without my help they prob don’t deserve to live… Besides, that old lady there should be doing that, not me. I mean, how lazy do you have to be to pay someone to save your own young while you are right there, watching and not helping. That lady is sick.

I would like to see Blizz add some more dialogue of her getting angry with us if a turtle gets eaten. Something like the drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket.

Not when it comes to this guy. I legitimately hate him, then hate myself for wasting that much energy on him.
