Edit: All of us have either a GTX or RTX card. Could be an Nvidea driver incompatibility with the new update. Make sure you have the absolute newest driver for your card. Windows will tell you you’re up-to-date even when you might not be. Use the GeForce Experience launcher to be sure You need driver 452.06 or else the update will BSOD you. Cheers.
