[Battle Tabard of the Defilers] Level locked to 60?

Continuing the discussion from Battle Tabard of the Defilers:

I second this.
This tabard looks amazing and matches my Gnomeregan set perfectly. Made sure to get the STV event done at my leisure but efficiently to prioritize earning this Tabard and matching it with my dope [Radiant Ray Reflectors] and the rest of my tier set from 40.

To my disappointment, I couldn’t find the Tabard available to purchase upon getting exalted with Arathi.

Blizzard, can we remove the level lock on this cosmetic item and perhaps even more that players are hard at work grinding for just to give them a different aesthetic!?

I’m trying to stunt on my foes.

It’s not a vendor item. It’s a quest reward. Wait until 60.

Level 60 required quest in AB to 5-cap. But ya they should’ve made it level 40 for P2
