This quest is a REQUIRED quest to complete. It involves you entering a QUEUE which you NEED to finish. The Instance, however, WILL NOT POP IF YOU ARE ALONE!
You need 3 OTHER people with the same quest to enter the queue.
FIX THIS QUEST!!!

OH so the reports I was seeing were wrong. People were saying they got into solo queues.
Yeah, there were always people around so you could invite 2 other people and the queue would pop instantly. Still not sure why it took a hot min for the queue to pop in the first place since everyone was doing it.

The instance servers have internal caps on them for # of instances allowed at any one time.
In Lemix, they eventually made it so the scenarios would pop after a few seconds regardless of whether other people were there. Folks were getting into duo and solo runs pretty regularly after that hotfix.
Why they didn’t do it for Live as well is anyone’s guess.

No, they did change it so you could get into one solo. I used to solo queue for them on my server in Lemix once they changed it. No one else with me when I entered the scenario, just me.
Agreed. Cannot complete the chapter quest “Defending the Broken Isles” because of the que. This is legacy content guys.. please fix for que of 1.

You dont have 2 ppl in your guild to que with you? Weird tho, i did Legion Assaults last week and qued solo np, idk some ppl are still going for the artifact appearances i guess
You need people on the same stupid quest to do it. What you said is not a justification for them not fixing it.

Not sure maybe the mission/quest is bugged for you, submit a ticket. I had a similar bug in Mechagon keeping me from getting the Model W Cycle, but submitted a ticket and it got fixed
