The first time a group tries and match their numbers and the server crashes, okay it was unintentional.
The second, third time, or further? Ya no. They know it will crash the server, they just don’t care.
Where did I state I want action to be taken against mi10? I don’t. Just as I don’t want action taken against RUIN (As you seem to want to) That would be silly, because you can’t control how many players the enemy team decided to bring.

Personally I prefer the early morning battles where it is 1 or 2 raid groups vs 1 or 2 raid groups. Much more strategy and better fights.
Heck, I would prefer it if RUIN would stage with 2 or 3 raid groups each in 3 or 4 phases rather than 4 raids groups each in 2 phases. They would likely still win each phase, simply because Horde don’t come out to play when there is opposition. (They wipe once and then leave phase. Even against even numbers)
But what I want does not matter.
RUIN employs the strategy they do. The same strategy they have have for months now. I have no control on what their leaderships decides to run as operative strategy.
RUIN has no reason to change what they do either because, as with exception of the few phases mi10 has tried to fight in, 4 raid groups is not enough to crash a server even if Horde bring in 40 to 60 of their own.
The way phasing works right now, it allows for one faction to bring in so many players the opposition cannot bring in any more players without crashing the server. It sucks, but it is what it is.
Learn to live with it. And accept that trying to fight RUIN on even numbers is the same as intentionally trying to crash the server.
Imagine making a raid for something and not expecting a raid to fight back 
Imagine the enemy bring in 4 raid groups, and then bringing in your own 4 (or 5) raid groups, despite knowing doing so will crash the server.
Horde aren’t smart are they. What can you expect though. Orgrimmar doesn’t even have plumbing or running water.

WARMODE community THAT does not want to WPVP, what will RUIN do if MI10 starts showing up on ALL your SHARDS, TODAY was FUNNY mi10 had 4 RAIDS on YOUR OWN server TICHONDRIUS and RUIN was a NOSHOW.
Since THE last 2 weeks IVE joined THEIR group a few times, they HAD 2 raids last week, this WEEK 5 raids… next WEEK what IF they have 10 raids on different SHARDS, THEN what? multiple server CRASHES?
RUIN NEEDS TO STOP or THIS might not END well for RUIN and Mi10 raids.

Or maybe they realized mi10 was preforming multiple raid groups in phase, and did the smart thing and went somewhere else, rather than accepting the server crash mi10 was offering.
I don’t know what their decision making process was.

Wpvp is more than just single engagements.
Regardless of whether RUIN wanted to fight, the server do not allow for it.
Why should RUIN enter into an engagement they know will only result in a server crash?
Then BRING 1 or 2 RAIDS, NO crashes WOULD happen in 2 raids EACH SIDE in nazjatar.

So even if RUIN only brought in 2 or 3 raid groups as you are asking they would have been out numbered.
So despite what you claim, RUIN either has 3 options, go to another phase, fight 1/2vs4 or accept a crash. They did the smart thing and phased out.

4 raids in BFN is not PVP, any real PVP causes server crashes.

Why should RUIN limit themselves to 1 or 2 when mi10 seem more than willing to bring in 4 no matter how many people are in the shard?

I cant help to THINk this will only GET worse over time, as i said in my other post last week was 2 raids, this week was 5 raids, WHAT if they bring 10 raids on DIFFERENT shards, MORE crashes HAPPEN it WONT go unnoticed with ALL the QQ on the forums RUIN will WITHOUT a doubt will RUN into trouble, so will Mi10 most LIKELY.

Ruin’s already doing it and I don’t think it’s for altruistic purposes… unlike M10 who are not streaming and really don’t care if servers crash , having server crashes on live stream do not make for good viewing.
