It is you that just doesn’t want to accept that there isn’t a PvP solution to RUIN strategy that isn’t intentionally crashing the server.
It is all on you. Take it or leave it.
Until and only if, blizzard institutes some sort of faction hard capping to the phases, this is the state of things.
Cry all you want about the sanctity of PvP, I don’t care, it won’t change that.
As you yourself quoted blizzard stating, a GM will not intervene in PvP affairs.
A GM stepping in to punish RUIN, as you asking for, when what they are doing is well within ToS, would be just that.
Turn warmode off, find another phase. Trying to man per man RUIN will do nothing but crash the server.
Edit: For the record, I do think they should institute hard caps for the factions.
