Look, we are all aware that Blizzard made a few mistakes, but coming onto the forums and acting like some of you are acting is a huge detriment to our community.
If you love the game (as I do), then bring constructive criticism instead of negativity.
Blizzard is going through a rough patch right now, and all this negativity does is hurt the innocent people still trying to make a living bringing Azeroth to life for us to enjoy.
There is new leadership at the helm, at least one of them plays the game at a high level and is emotionally invested in the game like many of us.
We have had a blue posting recently and I think communication is going to improve.
Please, be respectful to your fellow players and the innocent people who are workin on the game. Not everyone at Blizzard is responsible for the terrible things that went on. As a matter of fact, many of them were victims.
Thank you for your understanding. Together we can revitalize the community and move forward in a more positive direction.

but if I don’t bash blizzard, I might have to consider myself and my own actions, situation, and feelings, and that’s not nearly as fun.

That’s exactly what most of them want. They’re mad about their addiction and take it out on the community. Some of them even actively admit that they want the game to die, and still hang around here to talk about it.

No need, you’re absolutely right. I’m just pointing out that positive feedback is better than some of the misplaced vitriol that we see so much of.
Plus as I stated, new leadership. Things are about to change.

Do you mean FFXIV? Based on my own experiences with the community, they’re not actually friendly. They have this weird Stepford friendliness. “WE ARE SO SWEET AND NICE AND LOVE NEW PLAYERS” like wow, shove it down my throat a little harder
Or the gentleman/woman that is trying to get perms banned because they don’t have the self restraint to just stop using the forums.

Yeah that’s the one, I didn’t want to turn this into a strictly game vs game comparison. It is a good example of what we could be though.
