Is there any way to escalate a ticket? Or do I just have to wait? I update the ticket every couple of hours but doesn’t seem like anyone is looking at the ticket.

Tickets are averaging a week and before u go the bot ai route it will be handled by a real person that will use a template. It could be as simple as having autohotkey installed thats not used for wow or another program used for work on a work computer that gets some people.
Updating the ticket won’t help.
Appeals are the longest queue at the moment, averaging a bit over a week.

Same thing happened to me, but twice.
You’ll get one or two automated responses while you wait for a real representative to look into it.
Don’t get your hopes up when you open the first few emails stating that your ticket status has been updated.
Don’t be alarmed when you read the message “this action was taken for such and such reason” it’s just automated response.
Just let them know in the ticket that the automated template they sent you didn’t fix your problem and they will get to you soon
Try to include all the information you can while they’re first looking into it. After the first “upheld” they rarely go back to look again.

They dont take player evidence or hearasay into account they go by what warden detects then they either confirm that it was correct or lift it. All apeals are handled by real people not bots not ai a REAL HUMAN BEING that uses templates.

You do know that this is one of the worse places to pick and troll the forums.
And considering that this forum is a player to player help desk, I would better advise you think beforehand when posting, especially when trolling the forums is not something any of the SFA’s or any of the moderation will tolerate.

Are you asking if people are allowed to post there or copy these threads there? If so, it really wouldn’t matter to be honest.
People will often take their gripes to places where they think others will hop on board
That would be up to the r/wow mods. Whatever their group rules are determines what can be posted there.
I thought they generally had a rule against posting about account actions because it turns into a one sided mess. I might be thinking of a different subreddit though. I don’t have an account and rarely go there.

Is there a way you can let me know the maximum time I need to wait for a response on my ticket? I was banned on 8/31 and submitted my appeal that day. So it’s been over 9 days already. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.
