Really - you wanted to advertise a service. It goes in the Services channel.
You even called it a service which fits the definition of the channel and purpose of it.
You misunderstood which is fine, but the post they made was clear to most that services go in the services channel if you are advertising services.
You now understand though so I am sure it won’t happen again. Which is good, because the next chat penalty will be double in length. They stack so it is pretty important not to keep getting them.
