You can buy carries for Gil…the crafted gear in FF14 is all you need to step foot in Savage raids because it’s that good.
I can go start FF14 right now and buy a boost to 80 and a story skip to start Endwalker and have 1,000,000 Gil to them buy pre raid bis, then buy a carry.
Don’t cherry pick now, we are using your 
definition of pay 2 win, FF14 fits that.

I will give square enix a lot of credit though, they are far more active and far more transparent in their actions towards rmt

Oh I agree 100% they are far better at policing stuff but if we use their generic definition of pay 2 win pretty much all games fit the criteria was my whole point.
Ff14 isn’t any different.
First of all you can only purchase the level boost once per account so 500,000 gil is not going to get you any sort of gear from a raid nor will it get you any endgame item from the auction house. 500,000 gil is chump change and will not allow you to purchase ANY top end game gear from a GDKP raid. FFXIV does not allow you to purchase gil for $$$ therefor your effort is mute.
This isn’t true according to their store.
The only limits are trial accounts.
You can create any amount of toons you want and buy a boost and story skip for 1,000,000 Gil.

Like I said before your denial about purchasing gold being pay to win is hilarious but keep buying gold on classic and defending it.

This is the hilarious part too.
You want to buy a boost to play endwalker? No problem for $25 we will get you to 80 instantly and give you 500,000 Gil!!
Then you buy that to play endwalker and the realize you’re level 80 and you are still REQUIRED to go back and do the full story quests from LEVEL 1 and all the way to level 80 where you currently are.
Oh you don’t wanna do that?? Don’t worry Yoshi P got you, for $25 more you can also buy a STORY skip and that also comes with ANOTHER 500,000 Gil for the full pay 2 win experience!!
Here is what makes final fantasy more pay to win than WoW, and its really the only example of a pay to win aspect. Everyone has access to two retainers per job, only those who pay through the cash shop has access to more than 2. That is pay to win. Not this absurdly low bar people have set for pay to win

It’s legitimate enough to investigate the person buying a 75k piece of gear. No one had nearly that much gold in TBC just to toss around casually. The fact that prices such as that even exist is largely due to the influx of RMT gold circulating throughout the game.
If the person has 5k+ worth of gold and has never farmed or did content to earn said content an investigation is valid.
Are we going to start talking about the food & water in inns now too? Done spouting of gibberish? I think you have pay pigs to go carry for their gold. Because the only reason to game like you said is just to collect gold and not for fun.
