not yet, whenever they do I can be sure the game will be better and ppl won’t get stomped so much in unrrated pvp
It’s whatever I suppose, those of us that actually care about the health of the game will simply watch it fade I guess.

Yeah, I don’t see them doing anything anytime soon either. I saw someone recommend it elsewhere before so can’t take credit for the suggestion, but think the best solution right now is to either suck it up or during primetime when all the ebg comms are running, queue with one of them…so it’s less pug loss after loss after loss. In the meantime, we can all just make do and enjoy the game as best as possible in spite of Slayer’s Rise (
) and all the bugs.

I wish I was into M+ and raiding, but somehow find it more stressful and less enjoyable than even rated arenas

You got that right! lol I don’t know what happened but I think PvE was more enjoyable when Heroic used to be the top dungeon game mode and just the same with Raids. Maybe I’m missing something here

Fun fact, I run with pugs during the day. I step up and lead and you can look up my won/loss records to see it’s definitely possible to do. If you can’t cut it to step up and lead in a pug bg, that’s on you. Playing with our friends using sync due is allowed, move on.

I’m just not going to pvp anymore. When I’m done with everything else Ill just log off.. It will never get fixed.. Its been so long and still nothing.. And.. If you can see my cool downs in pvp with add ons in pvp then that is also a problem.. I don’t use add ons and won’t.. So.. Ill solo play..
I can assure you - they know. We had this exact conversation in retail-classic 21 years ago. See my title? Legionnaire was as far as I got before giving up, not only from the decay, but from being farmed by the Alliance guilds decked in Naxx gear. The exact same thing you all are facing now. Blizz cannot stop people counting down as a group outside of the game, and if the addon’s were a problem, they would have broken them ages ago. (They will at least do that much, they loveeee breaking addon’s).
It’s not fun nor is it fair - it made me quit PVP competitively for good. I have nothing other to add than I did back then. They did nothing about it then, and they’ll continue to do nothing about it now. They won’t say a word to the players because it might give you wiggle room to argue with them. (They cannot stand logic).
What’s worse for you guys is that if they took the over-geared players out of the mix, there probably wouldn’t be enough total players this time around to carry a second battleground.
I loved PVP, but between AFKr’s in the cave, and the massively over-geared guilds that were using vent, it was either lose my mind being farmed or quit. I chose to quit because it was obvious Blizzard wasn’t going to intervene on the side of us scrubs. (They also loveeee their over-geared raid guilds).
Trust me, we let them know and know HARD on these forums. Silence. All we got was silence from Blizz. Just like you are now. I’m really sorry. I know how awful it feels, especially when it makes you want to throw the towel in.

Vanilla was way different than how retail works now. We aren’t locked into factions or guilds. People have the third option to join premade communities. There is no “over-gearing” now either. The currency to get the best pvp gear is easy to farm in open world and available to everyone.

Cool story bro. Not sure why you came to a forum to notify people that you’re done with pvp, but out of millions of players, it’s no big loss. I hope you enjoy your pve time.

I’m not faction bound if I want to be horde I just ask Nessar for mercenary or talk to my horde buddies to ‘inv’ me to avoid the hassle to level up a horde character this way I get to bounce around Alliance or Horde very practical and convenient feature for people who has a busy life style like I do.
