Not going to happen. Parity in the share market has never been a requirement.
Honestly, I’m not bothered by Multiboxing. I don’t do it, but I know just enough about it to make an informed opinion about it, unlike some who have been posting here. It’s not my bag of tea and not worth my time to pursue.

I don’t know how much good this will do for the game as it will only stop multiboxers. It will do absolutely nothing to prevent bot teams from picking every zone clean. Yes herbs will be more valuable but they’ll be significantly harder to get which will cause a QQ fest of its own. You’ll see a billion threads a day of people crying about how they can’t get any nodes because of botters. Just like we saw during the MoP era.

don’t think so there using macros to control multiple clones to pick the same herb. same as botters do they push a button to start a program that farms the same thing over and over
I could be wrong, but that’s still not botting. Just because you use a macro for ease, doesn’t mean your using botting programs. I could be wrong, but I think you’re upset and over inflating the situation.

I don’t see it petty new words are added to the dictionary every generation. multibotting is a good description to what is happing on our servers. when a single player farms a node and gets 60 mats when everyone else can only get 6.
It…it already has a definition. Also, again…not botting. You need to actually engage in using a bot to be a botter. Just using 5 accounts, 4 you have macros and auto follow on, isn’t botting.
Yes, definitions get updated, but not just all willy nilly like.
So… the person behind the multiboxing accounts is pushing a button to achieve a single action (across all accounts). That right there means they are NOT botting.
If they are opening up their multiboxing app, then another app that will fly all their characters around for them, locate all nodes for them, pick all the herbs for them, and do everything for them without ANY interaction at all on ANY account… then that is botting.
If they have 20 accounts following a “leader”, then broadcasting a mouse click on a specific location on their screen to all 20 other accounts, that is one click = one action = not botting.
What is the difference between them doing that, and having a raid team following a raid leader around collecting herbs to generate gold for a guild? Everyone else will still miss out on the herbs. Are you going to ban them too?
there is no difference the act is abusive and unfair to all other players using the games modal for a single person to pick nodes. botting multiboers need to be revised or banned
one ive never seen it and two each toon has a person controlling it. each person has a right to farm . not to the point of getting 10 times more mats than anyone else
