I used Balance to level and regretted it. It got progressively worse and worse, to the point where at 70 I struggled to kill a same level enemy outside of CDs. This hasn’t really changed with gear and, in fact, it feels much better to just play as a resto druid and use balance spells. The damage is similar but at least my heals are useful so I can stay alive.
