Baine Bloodhoof *Spoiler*

I just watched the cutscene for 8.1.5. First off, #FreeBaine. Second, while I may play as Highmountain. I feel for my Tauren brothers and sisters. This will leave a sour taste as far relations go in the Horde. Granted, Baine did go behind Sylvanas back but I’m assuming we’re starting to see the division even more, clearly.

I stand with Highmountain and I am only allied to the Horde but if you’re playing as Tauren, how do you feel about this? What will happen to Baine and the Tauren?

I heard they are giving us option to support Baine in freeing Derek Proudemoore by not informing the Sylvanas, thats really good.

I will be supporting Baine in freeing Derek Proudemoore and return him home, my choice is clear xD

#FreeBaine xD

The only reason Sylvanas is still alive is because I’m not allowed to murder her. And her stupid 1-up plot devices.

Baine is a traitor who exiled his own people for seeking retribution for Camp Taurajo, and let Magatha who caused his father’s death live. Hes a human lover who’s priorities lie closer to the Alliance than his own people or allies.

For once i really appreciate Blizzard in giving us choices in quests, atleast now i can oppose the banshee queen in some way xD

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again (I know I’m not horde, but still)

Sylvanas is now burning bridges between her and fence sitters.

She’s doing the exact same thing Garrosh did by alienating all but her most “Loyal” followers.

She’s just as impulsive and short sighted as Garrosh was.

I hate how at Rastakhan’s funeral he wanted to negotiate with the Alliance. Like dude, why would the Zandalari want to negotiate after we killed their king? Poor Talanji lol

Do you have a link to this video?

In Sylvanas eyes, Garrosh is quite an amateur xD

This video disgusts me. Killing a ship of my Forsaken brothers and sisters for some Alliance puke that was raised?

We have the option to not kill members of the Horde, I hope?

Well bad writing aside, the tauren in general are fairly peaceful and don’t like to fight unless pushed. Remember even during vanilla, and up to the current day, the tauren are on fairly decent terms with the night elves given the druidic elements within each faction.

Not to mention Baine had help from Jaina and Anduin’s support during Garrosh’s inactivity when Magatha did a coup in thunderbluff. Anduin and Baine had a genuine friendship, that would have been great for peace talks if not for the constant war.

Baine knows that the war is futile and likely agrees with what Taren Zhu said about the whole faction war.

Taran Zhu yells: I see now why your Alliance and Horde cannot stop fighting.

Taran Zhu yells: Every reprisal is itself an act of aggression, and every act of aggression triggers immediate reprisal.

Baine exiled people for taking matters into their own hands, and murdering someone. There was no honor in that.

He’s not a human lover…he’s an advocate for peace, and his priority has always been for his people to live in peace, honorably.

Baine is probably hated by the Zandalari

Personally, I’ll relish the experience.

Taking out forsaken isn’t much different to me as taking out scourge.

If they stand down, I’ll let them walk away with whatever’s left of their false life.

In the end it only matters if the Orcs stand with Sly or not . We are the horde , others are only guests .

Baine did have bad timing right after the Zandalari lost their king to the alliance. I would not be surprised if this would cause people to race change from Tauren to Forsaken for this lol.

Heheh same here. I haven’t done the Saurfang questline but i will take great pleasure in killing those dark rangers and same here, i won’t hesitate at all in killing those forsakens and support my chieftain

There’s a big difference. The Forsaken are our allies and this questline is terrible.
