The only things bugged are the nightfall scenario and the great vault.
And I expect that the nightfall scenario will be fixed soon; hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s fixed by tomorrow.
That being said, the weekly quests for the new rep faction (save for the one that asks you to do the scenario) are working as intended, or at least they were when I did it. They didn’t take long and I got 3 epic items and a cosmetic as rewards.
