Backbone Latency and Packet Loss Issues

Let’s keep this discussion over to the main thread here.

We are gathering information and tracking the issue once again so that this issue can be escalated to the appropriate party. This can take some time for us since we do need to gather quite a bit of information, but communicating this forward with CenturyLink can help when CenturyLink and our engineers do need to communicate. Comparing the other tests, this does look like there are configuration issues or issues on the Level 3 peering node. We’ll need some more reports and connection tests, but we are monitoring all reports through the support site and on the main thread.
