Baa'l Found!

I have resigned to the fact I will not get this pet.

7th pebble 10 tries, 1k repair bill, not worth it. Until he is cageable and can be bought on the AH (which he will never be), I wont be getting him sadly.

Even with UL Angler, the swim speed and cords still not enough time to click on the pebble. And as a ghost you still get fatigue and will still die trying to get back to your body.

A new item in BFA is a leatherworking swim suit that gives you 100% swim speed for 10 minutes. Much better than a short potion and you can use the 200% burst on top of it. I hopped on my aquastrider, ran close to the coordinate, dove down and hit my 200% swim potion. At that, I still used my spirit beast pet for a heal while I was getting the pebble.

I died twice while getting it because I had scrolled past one step on the guide and got there one pebble too early and it wasn't lootable. I was a little distracted trying to help a couple guildies fix their WQs not showing up. Oops ;)
I made a macro to double check my progress (copied form the guide on the first page)

Didn't die to the Murder Beasts though!

There's an easy way that worked for me. As soon as I entered the fatigue area I went back out of it a little and cast levitate on me and put a feast of the fishes right there in the middle of the ocean. You can't do that while swimming but levitate allows you to put it there and eat it right at the border of the fatigue area.
I did the same thing when I got next to cave of the last pebble.
This was very fun. A little frustrating at times but worth the challenge

Love this pet!
Even if you complete the story, Baa'l can bug out and still be invincible. A fully upgraded Uuna is supposed to make him beatable, but he's frequently bugged and still invincible.
Completed Uuna yesterday and finished up at Frostfire. Took 2 days and it was a total PITA but worth it. The Fatigue one was one of the hardest, 2 deaths but I got the pebble right before the second death, after which I took res sickness.

I wish the guide on wowhead would actually tell you HOW to get to these places. I'm on the lighthouse cave one, and I can see the cave (I think) but I have NO idea how to actually GET to it!

The wowhead guide has a couple of videos linked & I'm sure by now there are others on youtube if you search what you're looking for, like which pebble number for Baa'l etc.

This, right now there is a whole lot of us on WM off Oceanic servers and he is bugged.

No ones uuna is working, no one (horde AND alli) have the gastropod (and quite frankly shouldn't have to due to blizzards failing)

So there goes 3 or 4 hours down the drain.

Tormento's approach of using the feast works wonders. Was able to eat in shallow water get out get the pebble from the ship and return without dieing to fatigue.

Though I had to use a lightfoot potion on very last pebble to get to non fatigue area, but may be related to where i started.

If one does not have a strider like me this is the way to go.

My sentiments, exactly... I'm over 500k atm, used the angler, potion ... all the tricks and still don't have it... who thought this would be funny OR fun???

G'day, I completed Baa'l a few weeks ago. Now, I only died once at the ship pebble after collecting it from fatigue. Before I went out to it I removed all my gear as I thought I would take me a few more attempts. I also had the sea turtle mount to swim down. I got there with fatigue still on the bar, but had to click 3-4 times before I was able to collect the pebble (fatigue damage kept interfering and resetting the collection attempt).
Anyway, these two guides should help a bit more with locating the pebbles. The ship pebble was the only pain I had...the last pebble was just a lot of walking, and being sure I found the cave before diving down.

I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. I would prefer that Xu-Fu posted this information or something. Wowhead is a malware infested cesspool that is best avoided.

Is there a resource that spells all the things you have to do to get Baa'l? Not that I really want it, but I may as well do something to get new pets since the IEs are stingy as all get-out.

I have Uuna. I've just never done anything beyond that. I don't have any of the items associated with her.

You guys should really try using the Raft to get to the location, as it’s gets up to 300% movement speed instead of the normal 100% on the Waterstrider. Cuts down on fatigue time tremendously.

Important mention is if you die, you can/will die as a ghost trying to get back to your body so just don’t make the run and take the rez sickness for pebble off the map on Nazmir.

Did they do a stealth update to put in a Necromancer class?
