Draenei to operate the ship, high elves because of course and goblins for craftiness in a dire situation. Plus very entertaining communications with the pure-hearted Draenei and arrogant high elves. 
Extinction: No one! Cue Warcraft in space and we all coexist there after years of wandering the galaxy.
Alliance pandaren, Horde pandaren, and neutral pandaren.

This, plus the universe can’t afford to lose the waggle.
Tauren, because the Draenei need the horsepower (cow power) to work the fields
Vulpera, because they’re crafty little buggers but not as greedy as Goblins.
Everyone else we can visit in Shadowlands…

Night elves, Worgen (and I’d give them optional tails), and void elves(aka highelves!) Put them in the order I mained each.
Night Elves, High Elves, and Draenei. I’m race-changing first. Lol
Human, Orcs and High Elfs.
Vulpera, Draeni (it is their ship tech), Gnome or Goblin. If the gnome or goblins can figure out how to use/maintain the ship tech however, then Vulpera, Gnome/Goblin, and Tauren
Their stuff explodes will that be wise?

Humans, Gnomes and Dwarves.
Humans because I am one…
Gnomes to help keep the ship flying, or at least make us crash with style…
Dwarves because they be great lads and lasses to have around for parties, and when stuff gets serious.
Spacegoats, Dwarves, and Tauren.
Pilots & tech, builders, and dinner.
Pandaren, Tauren, Vulpera.
They’re the least likely to cause further problems and will get along with each other just fine.

1st - Night Elves - the race, not the subset we play, so all elves on Azeroth are included
2nd - Gnomes - because I like smart people who can make and fix things without a high risk of blowing us up (unlike some people - yes Goblins I’m talking about you)
3rd - this one’s harder - I like Dwarves and Pandaren - they both know how to throw great feasts. Nomi is banned from the kitchen though. Dragons are also cool. So I’ll let the 3 fight it out and winner gets to come along.
