Yep. Between March and April there was a recall for strawberries sold at Walmart and Trader Joe’s.
We’re lucky in that we have a local place called Strawberry Hill that sales the ripest and sweetest strawberries. And seriously, there is so much of a different taste between freshly picked and who knows how long in a warehouse strawberry.
