Eliminate kicks on the island expedition, but automatically kick anyone who:
1. Has gone offline.
2. Goes AFK
3. Has not personally participated in collecting Azerite for one minute.
For warfronts, something similar has to be done. Just reporting the AFKers doesn't work In the last one I ran, there was one player just riding around randomly on his mount. He was still in the horde fort during the final battle (Which should generate an autokick.)
