Besides multi classing has been standard for a long time its nothing new at this point and SHOULD be rewarded.

I don’t think it has. Most players never multi-classed regularly unless they identified a severe disadvantage playing their main class. Main teams playing main comps were typically seen as prominent until BFA I would say.
