While I haven’t touched pvp after last week, the sub nerfs are laughable. Iirc 8% nerf to secret tech and 4% nerf with dark shadow. That venthyr ability got needed by 20%, but you don’t play it.

Oya the weapon master nerf was pretty nice, I remember killing a mage at 40% through caut with secret tech and a weapon master procd shadow strike with rotten for like 170k in total

Imagine having to fill dead air by talking about another game. One btw that doesn’t need any extra hype at this point. It’s doing quite well on its own lol. If the do that that to me is the nail in the coffin for PvP.
i feel like if you just did a 1-1 swap with sub and outlaw numbers, you’d want your control to be still strong but not as oppressive while your survivability was stronger against melee than ranged since you don’t have a double vanish or double dance to reset/cheap everyone
your damage would also be less bursty and more sustained though i honestly am not sure how to achieve that since i haven’t touched outlaw in a bit
Literally just buff our damage and we’re set. Our whole kit, 70-APM-triple-maintenance-buff nonsense aside, is solid as a rock. It just doesn’t do damage.
Especially frustrating when you’re risking carpal tunnel and meanwhile the Ret turns around and drops the sun on a bith with three buttons.
Edit: And what’s funny is I talk to some people who say Outlaw can’t have damage because of cooldown reduction, mobility, and control.

Well, they’ve been playing a lot more D4 than arenas recently, so I’d kinda expect it.
If they make 0 mentions of D4 during the broadcast, I’ll assume they were told to avoid talking about other games. Or it’s considered a faux pas.
Are you talking the players or the casters? Because I don’t think I have ever seen another games broadcast team promote another game minus maybe ads.
But I am kind of with you, I could a D4 comparison or something during the broadcast.

I was just thinking it would be a lot easier for them to fill dead air with discussions about D4. For example, “Hey, what have you been playing lately?” “I’ve been enjoying D4. The Sorceress has been really fun. It’s also been interesting to see how D4 implemented PvP.”
If they had to fill dead air with discussions about WoW PvP, it might be kinda hard to not complain about the MMR cap or the lack of healers.
If only PvP got enough attention and love that there was enough to talk about it during their game modes esports broadcast like other games lol. sigh
