45 days here… imagine if a character got stuck and the in game options didnt work.
I have a friend whos account was hacked and banned in less then 12 hours cant get a reponse to an appeal. 30 day wait to get automated too bad followed by another 20 day wait to get some guy that didnt even read the ticket. they just swore not to give another dime to blizzard and are now on new world. “not that that game is much better”

Yeah this is pretty pathetic.
They obviously need to open their wallet and hire some seasonal GMs like department stores do for Black Friday through Christmas.
Anything over a week is unacceptable.

Thats literally me right now. My main is stuck. Move character doesnt work. I get disconnected immediately when i log in. 33 day estimated wait time.
… you are better off making a new character. be faster
It does this every time. The initial wait times look outrageous but they shorten dramatically soon after the new content appears because:
- People find their own fixes.
- Bugs get fixed.
- Duplicate tickets get closed.
