Pssssst… pssst… the special event AV is full of non-PvPers looking to level alts they’re still learning to play, to obtain the mounts, and to complete the Korrak objective. If you’re looking to farm honor this week, it’d be better to enter the normal AV than to verbally abuse other players in the event AV for doing event objectives… pass it on.

Psstt, pssssst, pssssssstttt, If you don’t like PvP don’t que for Battlegrounds. Korrak was absolute fun till about 2 days ago, now both groups just wave at each other as they race to fight NPCs. Such a waste

Again, the normal AV is still available if you like AV. NO amount of swearing and acting like a fool is going to change the current state of the Event AV.

And you have quests, heirlooms, and dungeons to run for xp. Old AV with no time limits is only around till January. Don’t que for PvP if you are not going to pvp.

I just want to point this out, but when you join a battleground and refuse to cooperate with the rest of your team or even compete in the main purpose of the bg you are making it miserable for the rest of those players.
If you don’t want to pvp then don’t join a pvp focused battleground (yes it is pvp focused). It would be equivlant to a pvper joining a raid and then just sitting afk while the group picks up the slack.

I stayed in queue for 45 minutes several times last week trying to do an epic. Never did pop.
I can agree that there are people in there just sitting at DB. Unfortunately, they know enough to hit a key once in a while as to not be canned for AFK…
I was in a close race AV last night, everyone seemed to be having fun, working together, and one warrior was just absolutely acting a fool to the point where I believe he was mass reported for spam. Wall of constant caps lock text full of foulness and evil disrupting ppl trying to communicate info relevant to the battle itself. Theres absolutely ZERO excuse for that. Sorry bout it.

They have quests for AV because of the event. The only other quests for bgs is when its the weekly bg. So yes if people want to do the quests, why not?. If you are pvp oriented why dont you join the regular AV then? it can go both ways but dont say they can’t do the quests that Blizzard put in for the Special Event.

Turtles are even better for xp as you get tons from killing npcs and it just means having to wait in queue less. So thanks for turtling

I’ve been queuing nonstop since patch.
Queue times have went way down since WoWhead ran the article talking about how fast it is to level.
I’ve noticed games have actually gotten progressively quicker since.
Can’t really complain.

XP per hour wise this is bad.
Winning is 100% base, Losing is 50% base, Bunkers are 7% base.
Turtles actually kill you, leveling wise.
You want a quick win or a quick loss, level wise.

lol ya I noticed all alliance are complaining. The big question should be what happened to the alliance? well at least on my AV games, the other day I went like 45 wins and 2 loses. It’s kinda crazy.

i have no idea why ppl are doing that unless it’s to force ppl to kill Korrak for thr 10000 time.
Make sure you ride straight through Stonehearth, too 
I just had my two games today be full of base sitters and afkers. A lot of pvpers have been asking for old altrec valley for years, this event allows it, and matches are short because one team has groups of players refusing to even play the game as it was meant to be played.
I don’t blame players for using an easy way to grind or get exp, but I do think it’s rotten to do that to other players who waited so long for this.

I’m complaining about both factions. I was told last night on a Horde alt " No one is here to PvP this is a leveling game boiiiiii". Do you get great xp, yes. But this is a limited time old school AV and I don’t care if you level, I do care if no one is willing to do anything but race to the end like current AV. I’d rather they end it tomorrow than keep this up
