This much is true. Once we take SH, its GG.
Lol I don’t play AV anymore, I’ve had my rep since the first week tbh. But I do see my friends playing it and genuinely wish we had a more fun version of AV. Hence what I’ve been pushing for (1.5 AV with games that take literal days). That’s about the only way I’d see myself consistently queuing for AV. Other than that, I just post on the forums to put zugbrains like you, who think their win-rate is pure skill, in your place.
Oh its not skill.
- The map has obviously noted flaws in terms of balance.
- The alliance still think they can outrun the fight and win.
- The alliance give up and roll over once SH is taken.
You have a shortage of stealth classes trying to do any work solo or in pairs.
You have a shortage of teams which actually want to engage in the big team fights.
You have very little way to come back from losing SHGY if you do not own SF unless the horde give you the path through IWB.
It’s certainly not about individual skill at all, but the whole ‘meta’ approach of the alliance player base is a failure, and nobody (or most) who know(s) how to play it, stay’s after they get their rep.
Meanwhile, Horde have been playing it non-stop for weeks on end, as it is still the only competitive path to Honor outside of premades in WSG, and we are willing to put up with 60-90 min queues so we fight out every single game, compared to Alliance ‘eh, we can lose, its instant’ queues.
