The request that is being processes is likely to retrieve the initial list of characters to try and unstick.

I got this but in the quest where i have to scort Jaina. She teleported me into the ground.
I have the same issue. Also the stuck character service is not working. It times out after selecting my character.

The character page did finally load, but upon selecting a character, it bugs out with an error. I didn’t capture the error code but will try again now.

Character Unstuck page won’t even load now. Alas.
It likely has to do with the current log in issues. We might not see it cleared up until those do.

Same issue here, falling through the world and when I log in, immediately logged out. I submitted my character unstuck ~45 minutes ago. It says to contact Blizzard if it doesn’t work in 15, but I can’t find where to do that.

Getting the same issue. Jaina teleported me through the terrain during the escort quest. Whenever I log on I get immediately disconnected. Currently unable to access the automated character unstuck feature on the website.
the page wont load for me to get my character unstuck. This is so lame 
Just happened to me as well. The character move service also has a cooldown doesn’t it? Better hope it doesn’t happen again I guess.
Did it work for you? It times out for me every time. I rarely can even get to the character selection page after choosing to try and Unstuck one of them.
No, I get an error code or timed out when ever I try as well. I had to use it the other day because I loaded into the sky in Ice Crown the other day and would DC upon login.
same as you all hoping character stuck can help but no luck yet dc loops

I’m having the same issues. Fell off the Maw and now im stuck in a DC loop on my main toon
That does not open at all, please remove my hunter from limbo i have learned my lesson to not jump off cliffs.

Yeah man it kinda sucks i only have the one lvl 50 to play SL with
Fell off the world in Bastion (thought I could drop down to a ledge to get a mining node, but was mistaken) and am having the same problem. Got kicked offline rather than being sent to a graveyard / whatever. Instant-disconnect when I try to get back in, even after multiple attempts, meaning that I can’t play that character at all anymore.
The character stuck service has been saying “We’re processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update you as soon as we’re done.” for the better part of 10mins*, and refreshes itself without changing anything.
(Please tell us this isn’t going to be like Cataclysm, where I waited 13hrs to be able to complete the Worgen starting questline because the Battle For Gilneas glitched out, and we couldn’t do anything else with those characters.)

- and I tried to get the Blizzard client to re-check the game files, but that’s glitching out too - so I can’t play any other characters right now.
