It could be the entire region, not just the mainland of Australia, but including Tasmania and also New Zealand.
And I’m calling it now based on the inclusion of the Kiwis: new Allied Race - Hobbits!

What if they did a British Empire themed expansion.
They love making islands these days(see last 3 expansions) so they could make a series of islands themed around all the former British colonies.
India, Australia, Canada, Northern Africa, etc…
Then we make the Alliance the bad guys trying to expand their territory while the Horde fight for the indigenous peoples like Thrall did for the Taurens.
Dredgers have Cockney accents, which I know aren’t the same as Australian accents, but are similar, and they labor in Revendreth, a place where sinners are sent. Australia did used to be a penal colony.
Edit: I think I was wrong about the accents being similar. I apologize.
What I would like to see is to have an Aussie shissposter as a mod. Waltzing Matilda my arsse. The 300lb landwhales in LA couldn’t contend with our down under cousins. Eat another snackcake you sows. Unbelievable, my post was flagged for using the word Scheiss.
WoD was pretty “wildlife can kill you”, including the plants and insects. So I’d say the next Draenor expansion would be like that, or a similarly alien planet.

Please! I’ve been dying for this exact thing for ages. I was surprised when the Vulpera didn’t have Australian accents, and instead sound like nerdy white Americans. We have enough American accents in the game as it is.

To be honest — and I’m not trying to sound mean towards America, but I feel Americans usually do a poor; if not crude or somewhat insulting impression of Australia, even if it is just an inspired source.
I’d be fine with some wildlife inspirations, for beasts, pets or mounts but yeah further than that I’m abit ~ Eh, not so sure. lol
