Mine is missing too but if you scroll over the spot on the action bar where it used to be it says, in bold red text, “You do not meet the requirements for this mount”.

Same. Gone from the mount journal and the missing icon for it in my hotbar has the “You do not meet the requirements…” tooltip error.
