I’m 0/4 for druids getting gear, and 7/7 for non-druids getting gear. …don’t have any more level 70 alts I can use to check with. 
What’s also strange is that not only is it a guaranteed piece of loot, it’s also one specific piece of loot for each armor type, even though other pieces are available, like a necklace:
Cloth: Aurostor’s Sleeping Knickers
Leather: Grasps of Awakened Fury
Mail: Mossen Rage Waistguard
Plate: Forgotten Jalgar’s Girdle
Druid: lol get prank’d, nerd (I think it may be trying to award the werebear appearance, but it’s not giving it out, and since you haven’t yet received it on subsequent druids, it attempts to award it again and fails again.)
