So if you go into a follower dungeon, or dastardly duos, your ebon might does not apply to the bots. I haven’t checked if it works with soridormi in visions. It does NOT work on Brann either, even if you change him to DPS.
They arent players, thats why.
That should not matter, they are made to be in place of other players.
I know that Source of Magic can go on Brann so why not ebon Might ?

Brann and the Dungone followers should be treated as players for Ebon Might

Brann isnt officially recognized as a DPS - that is to say he has no official spec. Ebon Might more then likely checks the spec of the player and then gives them the bonus or doesn’t.
It worked fine until this season where they broke something. When they will fix it… who knows.
