You have the option of rolling back to 457.xx, assuming you aren’t playing any games that require later. 460 was for Cyberpunk 2077, for instance.
Or you can run WoW in DX11 instead of DX12. The flickering fault seems to be in DX12 optimizations.

I’ve never experienced the flickering issue (knock on wood), only audio issues. I’m running the 1650 super which is probably going to be obsolete pretty soon and thought maybe that’s what the issue was. After seeing people with more updated cards having the same issue I decided to only install the card drivers and PhysX.
Does WoW use PhysX? I’d have not installed it if I knew they didn’t.
