Unfortunately, it will be missing many capabilities that we used to rely on.

sadly yah, but in some form its nice to see.
Undoubtedly capabilities Blizzard decided no addon should provide.
Except for aesthetics, most combat addons are going to behave almost identically and suffer the same restrictions, simply because Blizzard is taking most of the utility away for its own UI

Do you happen to know if we will be able to bind spells to the numbers on the side of our mouse? I can live with only binding spells to my mouse and click casting.
I hope we will can see the dispell properly… it’s a pain with the blizzard Healing frame.. we see only a small icon in the frame and it’s difficult to see the players we can dispell..
