I had a ton of stuff on the AH. Most was returned, but I’m missing a few epics, which I’m assuming sold. No gold has been delivered though.

Tried making a ticket but the first response I got seems to be from someone that didn’t bother to actually read what the issue is so I’ll be back later or tomorrow and hopefully something will have happened

I posted a bunch of items that weren’t returned. I just have mail from the Postmaster with the deposit gold but no item. Are these just lost? How is that acceptable?
EDIT: Similar to the guy posted below, these finally came in the mail about 20 minutes ago.
What happens to the missing items/gold? There were a dozen items of mine that were listed and are gone and I didn’t get any gold for (aside from a refund on the AH deposit as a “an item was found in the nether” mail).
ETA: At around 6:50pm server time, the items were in my mailbox. Thank you!
Are the AH refund of items still ongoing? Or did those on the neutral AH’s get missed?
