< Chaotic Neutral > Has been on Alliance Turalyon since TBC, while we have a solid & reliable raiding core, we’re always looking for more like-minded people in need of a permanent home for the current tier and beyond!
We pride ourselves on being a low-stress, chill raiding environment for people looking to get bosses down, but not go full hardcore into raiding. We’d call ourselves a raiders retirement home of sorts, as most of our members are older with full time jobs/families, and can’t commit to anything more than a 6-hours-a-week schedule. Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 7:30-10:30 EST are our only raid days!
We welcome all sorts of raiders from those just returning from long breaks, to those who’ve been playing non-stop for years. If you’re brand new to raiding, we’d be happy to have you as well!
We have 0 tolerance for toxicity, cliques, hate, egos, drama, etc; we can promise you won’t find any of that here!
- Come to raid prepared, with whatever resources you need to do your best
- Let us know if you won’t be able to make raid, if we notice you have a tendency to flake out without saying anything, your spot may be revoked
- Be aware of boss fights/mechanics
- Have a working headset so you can listen to call-outs mid boss fight
- Regularly attend raids
- Be able to mesh and jive with the group (ideally no try-hards or massive egos, we’re not like that, and that sort of attitude usually means getting booted)
- 18+ only
We aren’t a hardcore push guild by any means, nor do we promise any future CEs.
What we are is a guild just looking to see how far we can get into Mythic each tier while keeping a chill raid environment that can get serious when progress calls for it. Though we get serious when needed, toxicity and yelling are not tolerated.
We still expect raiders to show up on time knowing how to play their class and be willing to ask questions when needed. Things like feasts and cauldrons are provided, but please bring your own just in case, or ask someone if they can spare some, always be prepared!
As of Midnight, we’re introducing a set day for guild key runs! The focus here is getting all raiders a vault slot(s) and having fun outside of raid-time! We’ll be running these on Thursdays with 7:30pm EST being the starting time.
We accept any & all raiders who mesh well with us, regardless of how long you’ve been raiding and what spec you play! If you are looking to raid but haven’t played recently or just came back from a break we have no problem with that, as long as you’re willing to learn your class and learn mechanics, numbers can always be changed and improved.
- A stable home that won’t disband over-night, we’ve been around for awhile and we’ll still be kicking for years to come! If we survived Shadowlands, we’ll survive just about anything!
- Friendly players willing to assist with crafting needs, keys, class help, and even tech help!
- A chill raiding team with no drama, cliques, elitism, or toxicity. We keep things fun but focus-up when we’re on a new prog boss.
- No insane requirements or trial process. Just show up prepared to raid with the right talents/consumes, and mesh well with the rest of our team!

Show up prepared and on time with proper enchants & talents! Consumes are usually provided like cauldrons/feasts, but it’s nice to have some in stock just in case.

If you’re out for a night/week or if you’ll be a bit late, just give us a heads up! You can either say so in our raiding channel in Discord, or DM an officer! Otherwise we might assume you just dipped out.

Be chill. Don’t come in bringing an ego or trying to start problems with other members. If you don’t mesh well with our team, it won’t work out.

Ask questions! If you’re confused about a fight or specific mechanic, we prefer you speak up so we can clarify what something does or what we’d need you to do! We’re not going to judge, everyone has mechanics they get stuck on!
Tanks: 
Core tank spots are currently considered closed. However, we’re open to having more flex tanks!
Dps: 
Open to any DPS, but we have a high need of more melee! We’ll also take in any flex dps/heals!
Healers: 
Core healer spots are closed, but we have a high need of flex healers!
Even if your class/spec isn’t listed, please feel free to apply anyway!

] With Personal loot gone, this has been our summarized plan for how we do loot over here.
In practice it’s all fairly simple, it’s just a lot in text. It’s designed to be straightforward to ensure fairness and efficiency during raids. This has been a smooth system that has worked well for us since we implemented it, and we plan to keep it going.

Each person has up to two ‘Need’ rolls per week for items they really need, like huge upgrades or BiS. If you don’t win an item from a ‘Need’ roll, it doesn’t count towards your weekly limit.

If you win an item through a ‘Need’ roll, you only have one other roll for that week. Once both rolls are spent, you cannot use ‘Need’ until next raid reset. Abuse of this may get you a warning, or a boot.

‘Need’ roll wins are logged in Discord to track who received what.

Everyone can ‘Greed’ roll freely, and winning a ‘Greed’ roll doesn’t affect your ability to ‘Need’ roll.

Only roll ‘Greed’ if you intend to use the item, even for off-spec or minor upgrades. Due to Blizzards loot system, the ‘Transmog Button’ in the loot window is also considered a ‘Greed’ button.

Transmog items are handled differently. If everyone passes on an item that’s dropped, it will be given to our designated loot person to roll off for transmog. Again, we do not use the transmog button in the loot window for transmog. This does not affect your ‘Need’ rolls.

Trials can roll on loot as well, but if issues arise, this policy may change.
~ Rules for 'Very Rare' Items when applicable ~ -
Very rare items are handled differently; you must press pass and whisper an officer if you need it. Officers will decide who gets it based on what benefits the raid group the most. Ignoring this rule will either get you a warning, or a boot.
- The reason for loot council (LC) on very rare items is to prevent drama.
- Random raiders will be chosen for the LC chat to rotate voices and ensure fair decisions.
