Atiesh, Razageth and Khadgar

So a couple friends and I noticed during the RP for the Dathea encounter, Razageth is holding Atiesh. What happened? How did she get it? I’ve done the whole raid already and there is nothing that explains how she has Atiesh. Khadgar sounds fine during the other encounters and he has Atiesh in the cinematic.

So why does Razageth have it? Is there a phase on one of the fights or an area exclusive to Mythic or something? A quest we haven’t picked up? Scenery that is missed during trash fights?

I feel this is very important that Blizzard should not have forgotten.

Does anyone know?
