I’d say it’s interesting for you to assume off the bat that someone camping out this NPC is doing nothing wrong, but that’s actually not interesting at all. It’s kind of expected.

No more so then the OP Camping the NPC to watch if the “Twink” is camping the NPC. For all the OP knows, they’ll just sitting at the NPC after already using it and just waiting for their ques (like we all do) while AFK.

After all, at lvl 19, what else is there to do besides Running around Stormwind, doing nothing in particular.
