I think you have the problem in the game actually. Elemental Shamans got their full kit at 40 as did everyone else. The difference is the health pools were not designed for Elemental Burst at 40. Now the health pools are and what do we see: OP Balance Druids and Ret Paladins. In fact we see OP all over the place. Rogues are still able to stun lock you to death like normal classic. Meanwhile, Shamans were nerfed and the problem with Shamans raging now is that it is end game. There are no more levels or opportunities to get better with new abilities or talents. Shamans are the only class that has zero scaling in their kits. Lava Burst is the only ability Shamans have that has real scaling and it is still 20-30% lower than every other caster. Shamans still fit more of a support role and SoD is turning into Classic WoW all over again.
What did that last point I said mean about SoD becoming Classic WoW all over again? Warriors are top DPS followed by Rogues. Every class is out pacing and doing better in every form of the game than Shamans. Imagine if all 3 specs of rogues were bottom tier but they had tanking that was top tier. That is exactly how Shamans feel right now. Their DPS is bottom tier, their healing is bottom tier, and tanking is all they have going for them.

We need a team like the one that developed original TBC. Literally a perfect game. Balanced in PvE and PvP. The current devs are incompetent.
