50% reduced damage while bubbled seems fair, if shamans get a 50% damage reduction while shamanistic raged

Popularity isn’t always correlated to power. Ever consider that Paladins are simply fun to play? Also consider that PvP rewards are more useful to certain classes, incentivizing skewed representation?
Lastly, Paladins are nowhere as powerful as Shamans, are you complaining about that as equally?
