At first I was excited, now I'm just angry

I love the trading post. It’s for people who can’t stay focused on one task.
So much to do, so many cool mogs and mounts… I’m happy.

:rage: i have to do stuff to get rewards :rage: just give me free stuff :rage:

Wait, where’s the grind? I capped the travel points just from doing the average weekly fare.

Always has been.

Some of this community literally made things up in their head and then got mad that the end result was what Blizzard told us we were getting instead. It’s crazy.

This is just a monthly login reward mechanic aimed at retention through content droughts. It isn’t a source of content.

Isnt this what it was going to be the whole time. Did you make it up in your head to be something different? I’m not bagging on you but I thought it is exa ctly what they told us it was going to be… A I the one thats wrong?

Sorry. I was typing and you typed faster. I didnt mean to copy you.

Touché.

Are you sure it needs to be “from start to finish”? I did the Grand Hunt sticker for my log, and neither of the Hunts I did were ones I did from start to finish. I came in at the second task for the first one, and midway for the second one - it counted both just fine! I think so long as you either complete the last task or are there to receive the pouch award, it counts it.

It actually said right in the objective. And I can never find them before they start lol

I’ve been in three and still no objective complete.

Even if it says that, it seems to count them regardless of whether you actually do from the first to the last task - as I said.

I did two different hunts for the log completion. First one I found was already on their second task, and I did that until the end where I got my reward pouch. Second one, I came in midway through and finished it. It counted both of them, despite me not being there for the entire duration.

So again, I think it may count so long as you get the pouch reward at the end, tbh.

I’ll try again, but as I said, I’ve done three of them. We’ll see what happens today.

Yes, your edit came in as I was typing - sorry about that! :dracthyr_cry_animated:

That’s strange that it isn’t completing for you. Unless there are two different log stickers related to the Grand Hunt, mine finished fine so long as I got the little reward pouch… :dracthyr_uwu: I wonder if one of ours is just bugged haha.

Well, some objectives are pretty bugged right now. I’ve been reading all over that some things are working for some people, but not others so who knows? It may very well work for me today lol

If not I still have like a thousand other ways anyways. I might have to subject myself to… shudders LFR

Yeah. Even the initial quest to turn in was bugged for a bit when I first logged in to do it. Kept saying it failed, and I still don’t know if it was because of the quest itself being bugged, or the sheer amount of lag and people interacting with the post that bugged it. All of my tasks at least completed fine, but I’ve definitely been hearing reports even in-game about stuff not counting. :dracthyr_uwahh_animated: I suppose I will be happy I finished my monthly out so quickly, in case they ‘fix’ anything in an attempt to rectify these issues.

Are people expecting blizzard to like…drop super duper high quality designs into a game engine not designed for it

some players just think they are entitled too free stuff for doing nothing…

Wacky agenda, huh. Interesting.

Oh, sorry, do other people actually have crystal balls, or are you completely clueless why you’d need a crystal ball in this scenario:

The game is not static. It never has been.

Yes, obviously? Interest isn’t measured in whether you’re subbed or not. Or is this another attempt to completely strip context from what I said so that you can twist it for your point?

Interest can wax and wane. One moment, you might be strongly considering resubbing or subbing to WoW, and then you decide not to because you have other things filling your time, or you decide to sub because of something specific, maybe people are talking positively for once.

I literally do not.

This made me laugh.

Semper Fi! :us: :ukraine:

WoW has been a pointless, substance-less grind since 2004 :dracthyr_a1: Welcome to the MMO hamster wheel, play till you’re bored.

FF14 gives you multi gear sets in seasonal basically for free, and they give you cinematic stories to chill and watch.
