how did you come to that conclusion, when i even acknowledged the tourists who resub for patches in the very same post?
I did.
And as with everything else, you chose to take it out of context to suit your wacky agenda.
What I actually said, is that the people who subbed for extended periods of time donât have crystal balls⌠they canât see the future, they donât know if there are unforseen circumstances which will prevent them from logging in for months of their paid time.
thatâs because those are the two options.
is there a third option beyond âsubbedâ or âunsubbedâ?
i touched plenty of grass today.
considered mowing, but then it rained.
and the person Iâve been responding to, has the same mentality.
they seem to think that just because theyâre scared of the thought that they might miss out on something, everyone else feels the same way.
it wonât.
if people didnât intend on returning, theyâd have no interest in seeing which items become available.
otherwise, someone who isnât subbed, has no reason to covet items which they canât use.
I think my only issue so far is the grand hunts âfrom start to finishâ. I have a hard time finding them as is and I never get there before one starts.
I honestly wonder sometimes what goes through your heads. None of this matters itâs all a grind in some way and this is a trading post. It is literally ever green content to be enjoyed and consumed for the rest of the gameâs life. Not something to grind out in a weekâŚSeriously, calm down. relax and touch some grass.
IF YOU HAVE THE NEED TO GRIND, THAT IS 100% ON YOU.
Iâm serious though. Why get mad about every feature if some you donât like. I pay the same 15 bucks a month and this is more with my sub fee than an occasional 40 dollar âtreatâ from the cash shop that I have to pay for on top of my monthly fee.
Iâm not going to like everything that gets put in the Trading Post and thatâs fine, itâs not always for me in there, you pick what you like and you go from there.
Just to contribute more constructively, if the journey is not worthwhile, and the results are not worthwhile, why take the journey at all? Happiness is not a destination, itâs our monkey brain chasing the carrot to a destination that helps us carry out our biological imperatives. Except weâve outsmarted evolution and ourselves and hijacked that monkey brain. This is why Iâm a casual player now. I learned long ago that my happiness isnât in the end of a dungeon, itâs within my own power to grant it at any time I wish. Even in the face of adversity I will remain happy. Life is too short to spend it on anything else.
