The ones complaining about this… Do you even play the game? Because you’re basically being rewarded for… Playing the game…
You mean every DK set in the game already.
whats wrong with higher fidelity sets? if we cant have raid sets that are class inspired fully, may as well put them up on the shop or in the battle pass
Nothing, we have high fidelity skull and spike DK sets.
legion was almost 10 years ago. so no, we are sorely lacking in class set department
I haven’t gotten into the game yet to know how this Trading Post thing really works.
The only game I know (and played) with a similar system was Genshin Impact.
What is the difference between the 2 ?
Genshin Impact allows you to collect resources to buy characters or weapons. Of course, you can spend MONTHS to get an acceptable amount of resources, but it is something useful at the end of the day.
As I said above, I haven’t entered the game yet and I don’t know how Trading Post works, but I think it would have more acceptance if it gave you something along the way.
A good amount of gold to buy a token month to month ?
Or some kind of currency that you can accumulate and buy ilvl gear corresponding to that Season.
Let’s be honest.
Most people are looking for titles, mounts, battle pets or cosmetics when there is really NOTHING to do at that point in the patch or expansion.
Yes, there are people who are only dedicated to that and their source of fun is nothing more than that.
I don’t think someone who only does Raid, PvP or M+ would give up any of those activities for something that doesn’t really add anything to their character’s progress.
With this I want to clarify something, if Trading Post was a way to get items it should be good enough for the casual player to feel excited but not good enough for players who do M+ or Raid to feel obligated to do something related to Trading Post.
I don’t do any of that crap, so guess I can safely ignore the battlepass.
It’s all cosmetic stuff. Mounts, pets, trasmogs. There is nothing power related.
My brother in christ go log in and press shift j, take your pick of the litany of things to do
I don’t do any of that crap, so guess I can safely ignore the battlepass
You don’t do rep ? You don’t do your weekly ?
You don’t do mog runs ?
What do you do in game that’s not something you can get Trading post score from ?
There is no way that you don’t do enough in game to cap your points unless you literally just log in and stand there.
I’m telling you, these people have to use the game as a screensaver.
theres people who dont do pet battles or craft or pvp or events or dragonflight content
these people have to use the game as a screensaver.
You can literally get score from ressurecting 10 people.
1 mass res cast in a raid wipe, boom, 50 points.
theres people who dont do pet battles or craft or pvp or events or dragonflight content
You get 250 points 1 shotting Molten Core bosses.
At first I was afraid, I was petrified…
Sure there are people that don’t do X content. However, there is enough diversity in the list that the content people DO participate in will be enough.
Have you guys even looked at the list?
Is it wrong I sang that?
and after that? theres 50 dungeon bosses. after that you gotta get some odd 50 points for 1 or 2 things. in now way can you cap
nd for those who dont do myth dungeons…AT ALL?
I don’t dungeon or raid and I was able to complete it without stepping foot into a raid or dungeon. Everything I did was open world. And it helped I have Loremaster for the Dragon Isles.
Then I looked at the stuff to do for the rewards and got cranky.
…did you just want them to give you it for free? Good news. You got 1500 Tender for free, and you’ll get 500 a month just for logging in.
You don’t need the other 500 or the Monthly Prize.
You are more than welcome to skip them if you don’t like having to do things.
For me, I was done in less than an hour today. Oh the horror.
