Prey is great, its fun, its a nice thing to do during the week.
I swear to Gob himself if I hear this dude go “KILL FOR ME!! NAAAAOOOO!” one more time I am going to lose it and crash out in the Silvermoon sewers where he lives. I had it happen to me 3 times in under 2 minutes. I JUST WANT TO HUNT THE DUDE/DUDETTE AND BE ON MY WAY.
So I propose that there be an internal CD or, OR!, if you are killing things it just doesn’t happen at all.
But please. Anything to rein this man in to stop the literal psychological torture he inflicts. He shouldnt be trying to farm MY anguish as well!

I’ll take the opportunity to write about prey too.
First yes I agree the spammy kill event is more annoying than anything else, I didnt even like it before they made it happen more.
But to me there’s a major flaw with the prey system is that current system wants you to focus a lot on it rather than it being something you want to do at the same time as other contents.
Rares, wqs and treasures should be worth much more anguish vs traps and there should be bonuses you get from it making it so you can do world content better/faster.
My own idea would be to have like thorgast anima orbs something that pops when you defeat an ambush giving you a buff but also buffing the prey possibly giving it more abilities. Yes might be concerning in wpvp but to be fair getting ambushed balance it to me.
