Just an fyi, outlaw got hit with a pretty big nerf bat. We’re garbage without tier set now.

Maybe assassination is bad but I don’t see it. I don’t chase the meta or care about being top DPS though, I just play the spec I think is the most fun.

Enjoying bottom meters along with no energy regeneration, while some classes just mash their buttons with head and topping the meters.

And it’s always been that way, and always will. In Wrath Assassination was easy mode, especially in raids, but Ret was still better despite Assassination having the easiest rotation I’ve ever seen. Some classes just outperform others.
I’ll be the first to say that rogue isn’t in a great spot right now, but I’m more interested in bug fixes than class overhauls at the moment.

Don’t get me wrong, Rogue is in a bad place right now, but stealth being borked is a more important issue than hero talents being unfun - at least in my opinion

While the damage isn’t there, Assassination does have a more satisfying gameplay loop than Outlaw. I get people like the concept of Crackshot, but it gets stale really fast.

Agreed. I find Assassination to be the most fun, personally. I leveled as Outlaw and it was Fine™, bit too feast or famine for my liking.
As for Subtlety, I haven’t played that spec since I was Swords Hemo in Wrath. It just ain’t the same as it used to be.

Sin has the best Delve kit unfortunately or fortunately, not sure.
You just DoT everything up and run around and Poison Knife throw and wait for Kingsbane to come off CD. Solo Delves have been face roll for me since ilvl 582.
have you tried delves above T8 after recent Brann hotfix ? I’m running with 596ilvl right now and its pain in the butt, specially when Brann is useless as a dps now.
The energy starvation issue hits very hard, specifically on longer single target fights.

Try it. If Outlaw is sustained, and Sin is ramp up, Sub is immediate burst with windows you can change to match fight timings (until Shadowdust goes away). Everyone likes their own thing but this has been most satisfying for me.
The fact that you can change the burst windows really is what makes it engaging though.
