TBCC seems to be on autopilot
here’s a bit more proof that it’s not applying until after the 2nd cast, even on instant casts:

Trinket clearly procs on first cast (see blue buff), but it still gives a 1.425s GCD until after the 2nd cast
… then 1.30, 1.315, 1.311, 1.316
This means that it’s not simply a problem with spellqueueing, it’s actually not applying until after the next GCD begins

This currently matches 2.4.3 behavior and isn’t something we consider to be a bug.
i do not believe this is intended behavior, but we at least have a response.
It’s working as it did in 2.4.3 … when it was bugged and couldnt fix it in 2007.
They could fix it now. They just refuse to fix it.
Didn’t they still use spell batching in original TBC which is why it would have the same behavior?
