Current system is simply again disrespecting players time investment in the current game as the best way to grind it is to farm lower level of content that you most likely have done already a lot before but the system only works now making you do it again even if your character shouldn’t need to do it at this point and relies on rng on something that doesn’t make much sense for it other than to cause frustration as there is no good side about that rng.
This is pretty close to being a borrowed power grind and I guess we can call it that which is one of the more heavy part people disliked about borrowed powers which like them will also be much alt unfriendly.
To me the rng component should be removed and higher level of M+ and raids should drop more than one at the time.
